Donations and California Fair Political Practices Commission regulations

The El Cajon Municipal code limits donations in aggregate from a person or organization, in aggregate, to $10,000 per election. Donations are not tax-deductible. California FPPC requires each person donating to declare an employer and occupation or “Retired” if appropriate.

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
